Year 7 Football win in first match played as a team

Last Wednesday (8 March 2017) at Nicolas Chamberlin School the Year 7s played a match for the first time ever as a school team.

Although we had never played together Mr. Bal picked a strong team and told us how to play. This worked as we went on to win 7-2!

The team played well as we battled for the goals and the victory. As the captain I think our team communicated throughout the game and then succeeded by playing as a unit on the pitch.

The goal scorers were:

Doyle Finney 4

Toby Hulland 2

Billy Colman 1

The team were:

Bertie Brown (CAPT) (7BAL)

Ethan Birch (7MAS)

Lewis Collins (7BOO)

Konner Curcher (7BAL)

Owen Scarborough (7TAY)

Jude McDonald (7MAS)

James Stretton (7TAY)

Oliver Broadmore (7BAL)

Lewis Boyce (7FAR)

Matthew Jay (7FAR)

Albie Clarke (7BAL)
