Every effort is made to maintain a stimulating and creative learning environment in English.  Our department is proud of the work produced by pupils and regularly displays such work on the walls.

The department also has access to a learning resource centre; which is incorporated into schemes of work and three computer suites.

The department has recently invested in video editing computer software for Media studies production work.  All Media studies pupils have access to this facility.  GCSE revision software is also readily available. Pupils also have access to the school curriculum network for research and presentational purposes

Books

Key Stage 3 is fully resourced with new and up to date textbooks and fiction texts that can be utilised in the classroom.
