Congratulations to Bobby Robinson (11DAI) & Nuneaton Griff U16 in recent Cup Success

On Saturday May 20th Nuneaton Griff U16 beat a team from Shrewsbury in the final of the Damian Stewart Cup.

Bobby Robinson (11DAI) was part of the winning team scoring in the 3-1 result to lift the cup.  The cup is close to the hearts of Kingsbury School, as Damian Stewart was a pupil here.

Read2dogs have been coming into school

We have been very fortunate recently to welcome read2dogs on a Tuesday morning.

‘Woody’ the dog has been coming to the library to sit with students from the Hive whilst they read to him.  Read2dogs is part of the Pets as Therapy charity.

The students have found this very beneficial and we hope to continue with the sessions on a longer term basis. Woody is pictured listening to students.
