All students received a letter in January informing parents of the launch of Go4Schools.
Go4Schools is an online data system that allows you to access your child’s assessment, attendance, timetable and behaviour information at any time. For further details and how to log on, please refer to a copy of the letter which can be found on our website under ‘downloads and links’ – ‘letters’ – ‘Go4Schools letter January 2016’.

Procedure should you need to collect your child during the School day.
Should you need to collect a student during the School day we would politely request that notice is provided in writing by a parent/carer in advance of the appointment.
We appreciate that students may need to be collected during the day for doctors/dentist appointments or interviews. Wherever possible we would request that these appointments be made outside of school hours. However should this not be possible please advise the school office in writing in advance of the date. Letters can be passed to reception or email email@example.com; or text 01827 230501.
Should it not be possible to provide advance notification then please telephone the school office on 01827 872316.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
DfE approve proposal to join Castle Phoenix Academy Trust.
We are pleased to announce that the DfE have approved our proposal to join the Castle Phoenix Multi Academy Trust from 1st April 2016, subject to a period of consultation.
The trust is now in its third year and currently incorporates two schools (Caludon Castle School, Coventry and Hill Farm Primary School, Coventry) and the Castle Phoenix Teaching School.
We are excited about the opportunities and possibilities that this alliance could bring to our school, our students and to our continuing pursuance of excellence. We will keep parents/carers informed of the progress of our possible conversion to an alternative academy over the coming weeks.
